Hey! I want to take a moment to introduce myselfâand the incredible woman joining me to help lead the Soul Strength Retreat: A Retreat for Women of the Land. Hi! I'm Jesse-born and raised a farmerâs daughter and now living my dream as the rancherâs wife and mother of 3, Iâve been living the rural life for a little while now. However, Iâll be the first to tell you it isnât always easy, and I hardly ever get it right. â In between ranching and chasing kids, I love coffee, gardening, quilting and embroidery, church, homesteading, blasting worship music, reading, riding horses, and being a Mom and wife. But here's the thingâsomewhere between the feeding the cows and folding the clothes, the early mornings and the endless to-dos, I found myself running on empty more often than not. I kept showing up, holding it all together, but deep down, I knew I needed something more: space to breathe, space to reflect, and space to be surrounded by other women who get it. Thatâs what led me to pursue life coaching and, ultimately, to dream up this retreat. I can't wait to share more of my personal testimony, pour everything I've got into the women who attend, and serve my community in a big way that honors God and the dream he's placed on my heart. Iâll be there to lead, guide, encourage, and remind you that you are not alone in this. You are worthy of rest. You are worthy of growth. And yesâyou are worthy of joy! And Iâm beyond honored to be joined by Kayla Josefiak, a Christian mental health and life coach, whose wisdom, heart for women, and love for Jesus is nothing short of inspiring. Sheâs flying in all the way from Hays, Kansas to pour into each of you with grace, truth, and practical tools that will help you finally move from survival mode to a life that feels more peaceful, joyful, and whole. Here is a little more about Kayla: "Hi friends! Iâm a wife, mama, and certified life coach who loves Jesus, my family, and agriculture. I grew up ranching in the Flint Hills of Kansas and I still love the hard work and peace that comes with long days spent at my parentâs ranch. Thereâs something about being around cattle and the land that just feels like home to me. My husband Ty is my rock, and together weâre raising our kids to live with purpose, faith, and love. They keep life exciting and remind me daily of Godâs goodness and humor. Iâm passionate about helping others find their purpose and grow closer to God. I donât believe weâre here to blend inâweâre here to build the Kingdom of Heaven and make Jesus known. Through coaching, I get to walk alongside others as they dive into Godâs Word and experience the transformation that comes when we live in His grace. When Iâm not coaching, youâll find me cheering on or coaching my kids at their sporting events, hanging out with my husband, speaking across the country sharing about our amazing God who saved my life, or spending time in the show barn or the pasture with my cows. My faith is at the heart of everything I do, and Iâm so excited to spend some intentional time with the women God calls to Montana for this retreat. I canât wait to grow together in purpose and grace!" Between the two of us, weâre bringing all of our experiences of walking alongside women through real-life strugglesâmotherhood, marriage, burnout, identity, and the daily chaos of farm and ranch life. Weâre not here to fix you (because youâre not broken). And we cannot wait to walk alongside you at Soul Strength: September 5-7, 2025 on Flathead Lake in Montana. đ If you havenât already, get your name on the waitlist so youâre the first to know when registration opens on April 20thâand so you donât miss out on that early bird discount! Rooting for you always, â |

Hi Reader, I want to share a part of my story with you today. Four years ago, my friend Natalie (you might know her as @blaze.a.trail) reached out and asked if I wanted to go to a retreat with her in Colorado. Weâd grown up in the same community and attended the same church, but we were always in different seasons of life. I actually used to babysit her kids! At the time, she was more of an acquaintance than a close friend. And honestly? I wasnât sure I should say yes. The retreat felt...
