What's actually written in my journal

Hi @firstname!

Today’s email from me is a little more personal. I was looking back through my journal that I've keep my ideas in over the last 2 years as one does when planning something big (like a retreat!) and found an entry that I wrote in January of 2023 and I wanted to share it with you:

"I want to become a life coach for rural women. I want to help them reach their full potential and thrive in their roles on the farm and ranch. Rural women are the foundation of the farm and ranch. They set the tone for the rest of the family. They have the most important job of raising the next generation. [They bring so much more to the table than just food and drinks.] I want to help them overcome their limiting mindset. I want to help them live their very best lives. I want them to thrive in their roles because when the women of the operation thrive, it's contagious and the operation thrives. I want to help them prioritize their wellness. I want to help them set boundaries and overcome their greatest fears. I want to help them overcome isolation. I want to help rural women recognize the potential in themselves. I want them to live their best lives, no matter what their life looks like now. I want them to be able to serve their family and communities from a place of overflow rather than a place of depletion." and so on...

Wow, I can't believe I wrote that down only 2 years ago.

I will never forget the first time I reached out to my life coach and decided to start deepening my faith and working on myself. Now, I get to help others do the same.

More than anything, I want to be the ranch mom and wife who happens to be a Life Coach who helps farm and ranch women just like you leave the constant state of survival mode behind. Because that's been one of my biggest struggles, too.

When you step away from your busy life on the farm and ranch for Soul Strength Retreat, you won’t have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders alone, wonder if you're doing enough, feel disconnected from who you are beyond your roles, or stay stuck in survival mode.

Instead, you'll be able to breathe deeply, feel grounded in your purpose, reconnect with your identity, and create rhythms that support your wellbeing and your faith.

You'll leave feeling so seen, supported, and finally at peace.

I've been dreaming of doing a retreat like this for years and I love this community so much, so I am going to pour my heart into every moment of this retreat—sharing every tool, encouragement, and insight I can to help you feel stronger in your spirit, more confident in who God made you to be, and more joyful in your everyday life.

So you will never have to worry about losing yourself in the chaos of all the hats you wear again.

You will find clarity in your calling, feel empowered to care for yourself without guilt, and experience true joy that runs deeper than your circumstances.

I am pouring my heart and soul into delivering on these promises. I am an incredible faith-based life coach who cares so much about my fellow farm and ranch women and I feel honored, fired up, and deeply grateful to offer something that could truly change lives.

@firstname, – whew! If you need me, I’ll be fainting from vulnerability overload after sharing this. 😂

Soul Strength Retreat is not just about getting away for a weekend with some of the girls.
