Hey friends! I apologize that it's been a while! I've been truly enjoying my time off-line, busy working behind the scenes and raising up little ranchers but now it's time to reconnect. I've miss you all! In the last 6 months, I took a significant step back from social media and creating content. One, I didn't have the time or energy for it anymore and two, I just didn't like the feelings it invoked in me. Inadequacy, discontent, stress, etc. It just felt like everyone was trying to one up each other and it felt like a big time suck. Time that I don't have. Plus, I didn't like my kids seeing me on my phone all the time. I'm learning as a parent of 7 years that actions speak louder than words, am I right? So I quietly put my socials to the side and focused on the things that mattered: my faith, my mental and physical health, my family and the ranch, and my businesses and work. I thought I'd spend this email catching you up on all the things! As of January 31st, I am officially a dual certified Health and Life Coach who specializes in helping farm and ranch women reduce stress, create better habits, and find joy in their daily lives so they can thrive in their role on the farm and ranch! What does this mean for you? It means I will be here to help provide the right tools, support, and accountability that you need to be the very best version of yourself! What you can expect from Beyond the Fencelines this year: -One-on-One Coaching: A once weekly private personalized zoom session where I will work with you on setting goals, overcoming challenges, and creating action plans tailored to their unique farm and ranch life. -Group Coaching: A shorter, but just as effective community of like-minded farm and ranch women where we learn together, share experiences, and help each other stay accountable. -Encouragement, tactile tools, and real talk in my weekly newsletter and on socials as I walk hand in hand with you through the seasons of life and through those busy farm and ranch seasons, as well. -{ONE SUPER SECRET SUPRISE} that I will announce before the end of the month - Let's just say it'll be an opportunity for farm and ranch women to connect, grow, and recharge in a faith-filled, supportive environment. Any guesses what this could be?! Email me back with your guesses AND what you're most excited for this year! At the end of the day, I've always wanted Beyond the Fencelines to be a place where you could come for encouragement, healing, friendship, connection, and understanding and through everything I do, I plan to stay true to that. Why? Because you deserve to feel joy in this life you've worked so hard to build 💛 About Calving Season... I know this season comes with its ups and downs. It can feel heavy at times with a never ending to-do list and what feels like not enough hours in the day. But I want you to know this: You are not alone! You are strong. You are capable. You are made for more than just getting through the day. You are made for more than just "surviving." You can do hard things. Calving season is just another season which means that it will eventually end. If you haven't started calving yet, what is one thing you can do for yourself RIGHT NOW to help make life a little easier during the upcoming busy season? Examples: clear your calendar, hire a house keeper, make freezer meals, use paper plates, ASK FOR HELP. No matter what comes your way this calving season, I pray that you take care of yourself because YOU MATTER 💛 We'll chat again next week - keep an eye out for the big news! You Grow Girl 🌻 Jesse P.S. If there is a particular topic that you would like me to cover such as stress management, relationships, communication, faith, gratitude, time management, etc., PLEASE let me know! Email me back - I would love to hear from you! |

Hey! I want to take a moment to introduce myself—and the incredible woman joining me to help lead the Soul Strength Retreat: A Retreat for Women of the Land. Hi! I'm Jesse-born and raised a farmer’s daughter and now living my dream as the rancher’s wife and mother of 3, I’ve been living the rural life for a little while now. However, I’ll be the first to tell you it isn’t always easy, and I hardly ever get it right. In between ranching and chasing kids, I love coffee, gardening, quilting and...
Hi @firstname! Today’s email from me is a little more personal. I was looking back through my journal that I've keep my ideas in over the last 2 years as one does when planning something big (like a retreat!) and found an entry that I wrote in January of 2023 and I wanted to share it with you: "I want to become a life coach for rural women. I want to help them reach their full potential and thrive in their roles on the farm and ranch. Rural women are the foundation of the farm and ranch. They...
Dear fellow woman of the land, I get it. The early mornings, the late nights, the meals thrown together between chores. The endless to-do list that never seems to shrink. The weight of keeping everything running—on the farm, in the home, for your family. You give so much of yourself to everyone and everything else… but when’s the last time you did something just for you? That’s exactly why I created Soul Strength. Imagine stepping away from the daily grind for a weekend surrounded by women...
